For quite a few years, my husband has been growing all of these peppers in our yard and I never know what to do with them. One day I decided to try making pepper jelly and I try to use them all up as he harvests them. After attempting this feat quite a few times I finally perfected making the perfect pepper jelly and decided to do unique flavors that people would enjoy.
