YGP Veggie Patch at GOFM!

 

GOFM’s Young Gardeners Program (YGP) is coming to the Farmers Market!

Enjoy locally-grown veggies plucked straight from the YGP school gardens! Our YGP students will learn what it takes to plant, grow, harvest and SELL their fresh veggies at Galveston's Own Farmers Market!

Support these young entrepreneurs and shop for what they have to offer! Our 6 schools will take turns selling their bounty at the market in April. Proceeds will fund mini-projects chosen by the YGP students–and maybe a party or two! 

Are you a parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the afterschool program at one of the schools listed below? We’d love to have you and your child volunteer with us! Complete this form or email volunteer@gofarmersmarket.com for more information.
