Drop off school supplies for The Future is Us "It Takes a Village" Back 2 School Event! These will help ensure Galveston students are more than ready for their upcoming school year.

Bring items from GISD Approved School Supply List or headphones, calculators, scissors, school uniform materials, and undergarments.

The Future is US exists to fight for Galveston youth through community voice so future generations can meet their full potential.

They are working to identify community conditions and social determinants of health to prevent disproportionate suspension, expulsion, District Alternative Education Placement (DAEP) referral, and juvenile justice incarceration for youth of color in Galveston.
