If you like to eat well and have a shortage of time, this is the class for you. You will learn to make four healthy delicious dishes that are simple and ready in twenty minutes.

Students will take home new recipes, eat delicious dishes & share a laid back 1.5 house with food loving folks. Chef Paul will be leading us in recipes for:

  • Spinach and Pea Carbonara

  • One skillet Bourbon Chicken

  • Vegan Chickpea Curry

  • Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

About Chef Paul Mendoza

Chef Paul is the Program Director of the Culinary Arts Program at Galveston College, as well as an instructor.
